On July 10th, 2010, authorized by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Beijing Administration of Work Safety, an inspection team from Beijing Zhong An Zhi Huan Technology Evaluation Company conducted a work safety inspection of Yong He Gardens. Several Directors from Yinda Property and the management team of Yong He Gardens accompanied the inspectors. The inspection team were surprised to hear that the property management fee collection rate is above 98%, which they attributed to the good services Yinda Property provides. After inspection of the water pump, power distribution and Central Control facilities, the inspection team spoke very highly of Yinda Property¡¯s services and safety management level.
